Dr. H. James Kojian, MD Medical Director/Owner
Dr. Kojian is a board-certified physician and surgeon who offers superb results through safe, effective FDA-approved treatments. A recognized aesthetic professional, he performs and trains other professionals in the use of Botox, Restylane, and Juvederm treatments. He is also recognized for his extensive experience in the use of lasers and skin resurfacing modalities to create beautiful smooth skin.
Dr. H. James Kojian, M.D., is not only a physician and surgeon but also an expert in the field of anti-aging and longevity who offers amazing results using FDA-approved treatments.
Dr. James Kojian, M.D., graduated from the University of Illinois Medical School and trained at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Kojian has also had training in aesthetics through the Occuloplastics Department at UCLA, and has many years of experience in aesthetic medicine. Dr. Kojian has received additional training in anti-aging and longevity medicine from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the Age Management Medical Group as well, and has held memberships in these organizations. Dr. Kojian has been a past member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Academy of Physician Specialists. Dr. Kojian also trains doctors and nurses and certify them in the art of Botox, Juvederm & other dermal fillers.

At La Vi Beauty & Wellness, my mission is to provide our clients with the highest quality of care and attention. I am a registered nurse with a Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Care. I began my career in aesthetic nursing in 2018 when I trained with our medical director, Dr. Kojian. I am a slow injector. I love to sit with my clients a bit, get to know them, and really listen to their concerns. I truly love meeting people and helping them achieve their beauty goals and feeling like their best selves. I can't wait to meet with you next!

I’ve been an esthetician since 2004 and I am proud to be an alumna of Paul Mitchell, The Skin Academy. Joining La Vi Beauty & Wellness has given me the incredible opportunity to be a part of a professional environment where my skills are truly valued, and are being put to great use. It has been a rewarding experience, allowing me to further grow as an esthetician while making a meaningful impact on my clients’ well-being.
After my mother’s passing in 2012, my passion for skincare and wellness grew even stronger, shaping the way I approach esthetics and client care. I am deeply committed to ensuring that everyone who enters my treatment room leaves feeling refreshed, valued, and truly cared for.
For me, it’s more than just a facial—it’s about human connection, healing energy, and creating an experience that leaves you glowing inside and out. How you feel when you leave my treatment room is a reflection of the care and intention I pour into every service.
