Foods that will keep you full all day, so you can stick to the 3-30 plan—three meals a day, each with 30 grams of carbs. You’ll lose weight while staying satisfied!
Breakfast:
Enjoy a filling start with eggs, salsa, low-fat cream cheese, Melba toast, Kashi cereal, a Power Crunch bar, or coffee/tea sweetened with Nectresse, Splenda, or Equal. Add sugar-free creamer, low-fat cheese, or plain Greek yogurt with mixed berries for extra flavor.

Dinner:

Avoid: Pasta, bread, and potatoes.

The first month is disappointing because we start you off at a low dose to avoid side effects. Remember, the dose goes up each month so the appetite suppression will get stronger and you will have MORE WEIGHT LOSS each consecutive month.
